以董仲舒为代表的汉代新儒学,是我国古代儒家思想发展中一个必经的逻辑环节。新儒学通过对各家学派思想的批判与吸收,对“仁义、”“德刑”、“礼法”、“王霸”、“义利”、“常变”等儒学基本范畴的重新阐释,大体确立了我国汉代以后整个封建社会统治思想的概貌,解决了封建统治在思想上的出发点和最终目的之间的关系。并且,它还通过封建国家机器的巨大力量,将其落实到社会生活的各个方面,成为社会各阶层的心理认同,从而使新儒学在儒学发展史上占有特殊的地位。近读由中国人民解放军军事科学院黄朴民先生撰写、台湾文津出版社出版
The Neo-Confucianism represented by Dong Zhongshu in Han Dynasty is a necessary logical link in the development of Confucianism in ancient China.
