临床上有很多疾病可表现为阴道缺如,扩张、牵引、手术是制造人工阴道的有效方法。阴道扩张已被推荐为一线治疗方案,扩张失败则进行手术治疗。以往的手术通常使用自体组织,如肠道、皮肤,手术损伤大,且人工阴道与正常阴道具有生理学差异。组织工程天然支架材料为阴道重建带来新希望。颊黏膜、阴道上皮和肌肉细胞作为种子细胞有助于恢复阴道正常解剖结构和生理功能,但仍有一定局限性。应用多能干细胞作为种子细胞结合可降解支架是一种值得探索的可行的办法。
Clinically there are many diseases can be manifested as vaginal absence, expansion, traction, surgery is an effective method to create artificial vagina. Vaginal dilatation has been recommended as a first-line treatment plan, and the failure to expand is surgically treated. Previous surgery often used autologous tissue, such as the intestine, skin, large surgical damage, and the artificial vagina and the normal vagina has a physiological difference. Tissue engineered natural scaffolds offer new hope for vaginal reconstruction. Buccal mucosa, vaginal epithelium and muscle cells as seed cells help to restore the normal vaginal anatomy and physiological functions, but there are still some limitations. Application of pluripotent stem cells as seed cells in combination with degradable scaffolds is a viable approach worth exploring.
