针对目前装甲车辆内部设备种类繁多、故障机理复杂且缺乏较为全面的实时在线故障诊断与状态检测手段这一问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的网络化在线故障诊断与状态检测系统设计方案,进行了CAN总线通信网的短帧应用层协议开发以及系统实现。该系统具有实时数据采集、在线故障诊断和状态检测等功能,且扩展性强。该系统通过了实车试验,测试结果验证了该方案的可行性和系统工作的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of a large variety of internal equipment in armored vehicles, complex fault mechanisms and lack of more comprehensive real-time on-line fault diagnosis and status detection methods, a design scheme of networked online fault diagnosis and status detection system based on CAN bus is proposed. CAN bus communication network short frame application layer protocol development and system implementation. The system has real-time data acquisition, online fault diagnosis and status detection and other functions, and scalability. The system passed the real vehicle test, the test results verify the feasibility of the program and system reliability.
