以小麦杂交组合C49S-87/01Y1-1069 F2群体为材料,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型对小麦×玉米杂交单倍体胚成胚率的遗传效应进行分析。结果表明,F2群体的单倍体胚成胚率呈混合正态分布,符合主基因+多基因混合遗传模型,最佳模型为B6,即单倍体胚成胚率由2对等显性主基因控制;主基因遗传率较低,仅为43.46%,表明非遗传因素对小麦材料单倍体胚成胚率的影响更大。
The genetic effects of wheat haploid haploid embryos embryos were analyzed by using the major gene + polygene mixed inheritance model of plant C49S-87 / 01Y1-1069 F2 populations. The results showed that the haploid embryo embryogenesis rate of F2 population showed a mixed normal distribution, which was in line with the mixed genetic model of major gene + polygene. The best model was B6, that is, the haploid embryo embryogenesis rate was 2 dominant Gene control; the heritability of the major gene was low at only 43.46%, indicating that non-genetic factors had a greater impact on the haploid embryogenesis rate of wheat materials.
