铬是人体中必需的微量元素,人体缺铬会导致动脉粥样硬化,但是过量的铬又会使人体中毒,因此测定环境中的铬具有重要的卫生学意义。采用示波极谱法测定铬已有报道。本文采用差分脉冲极谱法测定铬。文中对测试条件和样品处理方法作了较详细的研究。用于污水中铬的测定,收到满意的效果。一仪器与试剂 F-78型脉冲极谱仪;XWC-100型长图记录仪。饱和甘汞电极为参比电极;铂电极为对电极。
Chromium is an essential trace element in the human body. Chromium deficiency in the human body leads to atherosclerosis. However, excess chromium causes human poisoning. Therefore, determination of chromium in the environment has important health significance. Chromium Polarographic Determination of chromium has been reported. In this paper, differential pulse polarographic determination of chromium. In this paper, the test conditions and sample processing methods made a more detailed study. For the determination of chromium in wastewater, received satisfactory results. An instrument and reagent F-78 pulse polarography; XWC-100 type chart recorder. The saturated calomel electrode is the reference electrode; the platinum electrode is the counter electrode.
