提出了一种新的基于微增响应的猜测供给函数均衡 (CSFE)模型 ,用于构造电力市场中发电公司的策略行为及其相互作用 ,比常用的Cournot模型更为客观地反映了发电公司潜在的市场力。根据供给函数均衡理论 ,提出一种通用的发电公司优化供给曲线模型 ,分析了优化供给曲线为线性的条件 ,并得出如供给曲线为线性则可以惟一确定市场均衡解。通过在IEEE 6机 30母线系统的仿真 ,说明文中模型可以适用于需求无弹性的电力市场分析 ,并易于构造分段线性的发电公司优化供给曲线。
A new CSFE model based on incremental response is proposed to construct the strategic behavior and interaction of generation companies in the electricity market. It reflects the potential of power generation companies more objectively than the commonly used Cournot model Market power. According to the equilibrium theory of supply function, a general model of optimal supply curve for power generation company is proposed. The optimal supply curve is analyzed as linear, and the market equilibrium solution can be uniquely determined if the supply curve is linear. Through the simulation of bus system in IEEE 6 machine 30, the model can be applied to inelastic market analysis of power demand and easy to construct a piecewise linear power company to optimize the supply curve.
