知识经济时代,人力资源日渐成为企业经营活动中最重要的资源。企业对员工素质的要求也越来越高,迫切需要通过某种途径提升员工的综合和专项素质能力。因此,对人的内在素质的研究日益深入。以胜任素质模型为中心的人力资源管理也越来越受到各界的关注。文章通过对能力素质模型的研究,从其行业适用性、人力资源管理的角度阐述素质模型在企业管理中的意义,并以市场营销类人员为例探讨能力素质模型在人力资源管理中的实际应用价值。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have increasingly become the most important resource in the business activities of enterprises. Enterprises are also demanding higher and higher quality employees, and there is an urgent need to improve employees’ comprehensiveness and special quality through some means. Therefore, the research on the intrinsic quality of people is deepening. Human resource management centering on competency model is also receiving more and more attention from all walks of life. Through the study of competency quality model, the article expounds the significance of quality model in enterprise management from the perspective of its applicability and human resource management. And it also discusses the practical application of competency quality model in human resource management based on the example of marketing staff value.
