分析了区域电网节能调度和电力市场竞价的目标函数和约束条件,发现两者具有相同的数学模型和相近的目标函数。在此基础上,提出了一种兼顾电力市场竞价的区域电网节能发电调度模型。针对此数学模型,给出了采用先分省排序,然后省间撮合替换的区域电网发电调度算法。最后通过实例计算进行了不同的模式间的节能情况、购电成本和跨省交易情况比较分析,证明了兼顾市场竞价的区域电网节能发电调度模型具有很好的节能、降低购电成本,优化资源配置的作用。
The objective functions and constraints of regional grid dispatching and electricity market bidding are analyzed. Both of them have the same mathematical model and similar objective function. On this basis, a scheduling model of regional grid energy-saving power generation that takes into account bidding in the electricity market is proposed. According to the mathematical model, the regional generation scheduling algorithm is proposed by using provincial sorting first and then province matching. In the end, the energy saving among different modes, the cost of purchasing power and the trans-province transaction are analyzed by example. It is proved that the dispatching model of regional grid energy-saving power generation with good market bid has good energy-saving, lower purchase cost and resource optimization The role of configuration.
