当前,中等职业教育发展的复杂性对中等职业教育人才培养目标提出了更高的要求。提高中等职业教育的教育质量,研究中职学校校本教研的动力机制就显得尤为重要。研究中职学校校本教研动力机制对中职学校发展具有重要意义。中职学校校本教研动力机制研究需要国家、学校和企业共同努力,国家干预是校本教研的推动力,中职学校师资建设是校本教研的驱动力,企业与中职中职学校合作是校本教研的支撑力。
