在水温21~23℃条件下,采用单因子试验方法研究牛奶对东北林蛙蝌蚪生长发育及变态的影响.结果表明:牛奶影响蝌蚪生长发育及变态;添加牛奶的3组(T_2,T_3,T_4)蝌蚪的活体质量及相对生长自23日龄起较空白组逐渐显出优势;T_2组蝌蚪成活率及变态率最高,T_4组最低;各试验组之间的变态幼蛙初始质量差异极显著(P<0.01).随着牛奶添加量的增加,变态幼蛙初始质量增加,但变态开始日龄延后及历时延长;蝌蚪最大活体质量、开始变态日龄、变态期历时及变态幼蛙初始质量与牛奶添加量呈正线性相关,相关系数分别为0.728,0.968,1.000,0.987;变态率与牛奶添加量呈负线性相关,相关系数为-0.724;适宜的牛奶添加量为每100只蝌蚪0.5~1.0 m L.
The effects of milk on the growth and metamorphosis of tadpoles of Rana chensinensis were studied by single factor test at the temperature of 21 ~ 23 ℃ .The results showed that the milk affected the growth and metamorphosis of tadpoles, and the three groups (T_2, T_3, T_4 ) The tadpoles’ body weight and relative growth gradually showed advantages compared with the blank control group at 23 days of age. The survival rate and metamorphosis rate of Tadpoles in T_2 group were the highest, but lowest in T_4 group. The initial quality difference of metamorphosis frogs in each experimental group was significant P <0.01) .With the increase of milk dosage, the initial quality of metamorphosis frog increased, but the age of metamorphosis delayed and lasted longer; the maximum body weight of tadpole, the beginning of metamorphosis, the duration of metamorphosis and the initial quality of metamorphosis frog And the amount of milk was positively correlated, the correlation coefficients were 0.728,0.968,1.000,0.987 respectively; the rate of metamorphosis was negatively correlated with the amount of milk added, the correlation coefficient was -0.724; the suitable milk dosage was 0.5-1.0 per 100 tadpoles m L.
