目的分析深圳某三甲医院护士抗癌药物(ADs)暴露指数与血清免疫球蛋白水平的相关性。方法于2015年12月选取深圳市某三甲医院常规使用ADs治疗的多个科室护士84名,采用《职业接触抗癌药物护士状况调查表》收集其个人资料并计算ADs暴露指数,采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果不同科室护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgM、IgG水平比较、不同年龄护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgG水平比较、不同接触ADs年限护士ADs暴露指数及血清IgM水平比较、不同职称护士ADs暴露指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,ADs暴露指数与血清IgM、IgG水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.216、-0.253,P<0.05),而与血清IgA水平无直线相关关系(r=-0.184,P>0.05)。结论深圳某三甲医院护士ADs暴露指数与血清IgM、IgG水平呈负相关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between exposure index of anti-cancer drugs (ADs) and serum immunoglobulin level in a top three hospital in Shenzhen. Methods Eighty-four department nurses who were routinely treated with ADs in a top three hospital in Shenzhen were enrolled in December 2015. Their personal data were collected and the ADs exposure index was calculated using the Questionnaire on Occupational Exposure to Anticancer Drugs and nurses. Turbidity method to detect serum immunoglobulin levels. Results Compared with ADs exposure index, serum IgM and IgG levels in different department nurses, ADs exposure index and serum IgG levels in different age nurses were compared. ADs exposure index and serum IgM levels in nurses exposed to ADs in different years were compared. There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the ADs exposure index was negatively correlated with serum IgM and IgG levels (r = -0.216, -0.253, P <0.05, respectively), but not with serum IgA level (r = -0.184, P > 0.05). Conclusion The exposure index of ADs among nurses in a top three hospital in Shenzhen is negatively correlated with serum IgM and IgG levels.
