国内大型高炉的高炉煤气除尘一般采用的都是干法,煤气管道内壁腐蚀严重,其中冷凝水中累积的氯离子渗透腐蚀性强,普通的防腐材料起不到根本效果。重防腐蚀材料中适合高炉煤气管道防腐的可选材料主要有:乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料(VEGF)、环氧涂料、环氧胶泥、聚脲。对这四种材料实验进行耐腐蚀性能比较,确定乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料最为优异。乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片材料(VEGF)具有耐腐蚀性强、耐温性好、抗渗透能力优异以及施工工艺性好等特点。根据VEGF材料工艺适用性不同,可以考虑不同的防腐结构及施工工艺,从而使VEGF材料可以更好地应用于高炉煤气管道内壁防腐蚀。

Optional materials for corrosion prevention of blast furnace gas pipelines are: Vinyl ester resin flake material (VEGF), epoxy coating, epoxy clay, polyurea. Corrosion resistance of these four materials experiments were compared to determine the most excellent vinyl ester resin flake material. Vinyl ester resin glass flake material (VEGF) has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, good temperature resistance, excellent anti-penetration ability and good construction technology. According to the different applicability of VEGF materials, different anticorrosive structures and construction techniques can be considered, so that the VEGF material can be better applied to the inner wall of the blast furnace gas pipeline for corrosion protection.
