慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)bcr/abl基因重组的检测对CML的诊断、预后判断有重要意义。现报道7例CML检测结果如下: 材料与方法 一、一般资料:本组男5例,女2例;年龄31～53岁,平均33岁;全国统一诊断标准。6例均取骨髓或外周血行细胞遗传学检查,短期培养,胰酶消化,G显带技术。
