目的:对壁虎科动物无蹼壁虎Gekko swinhonis的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶Sephadex LH-20,ODS及HPLC等柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为环(脯氨酸-亮氨酸)[cyclo-(Pro-Leu),1],环(丙氨酸-脯氨酸)[cyclo-(Ala-Pro),2],环(甘氨酸-脯氨酸)[cyclo-(Gly-Pro),3],环(丙氨酸-缬氨酸)[cyclo-(Ala-Val),4],6-氨基嘌呤核苷(6-amino-9-β-D-ribofuranosyl-9H-purine,5),尿嘧啶核苷(uridine,6),脱氧胸苷(thymidine,7),次黄苷(hypoxanthine-9-β-D-ribofuranosid,8),L-苯丙氨酸(L-phenylalanine,9),5α-胆甾-3,6-二酮(5α-cho-lest-3,6-dione,10),胆甾醇(cholesterol,11),十六烷酸单甘油酯(1-O-hexadecanolenin,12),硬脂酸(octadecanoic acid,13)。结论:13个化合物均为首次从中药壁虎中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Gekko swinhonis, a gekko gecko. METHODS: Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as cyclo- (Pro-Leu), Cyclo- (Ala- Pro) ), 2], Cyclo- (Ala-Val), Cyclo- (Gly-Pro) 6-amino-9-β-D-ribofuranosyl-9H-purine, uridine, thymidine and hypoxanthine- β-D-ribofuranosid, 8), L-phenylalanine (9), 5α-cho-lest-3,6-dione Cholesterol (11), 1-O-hexadecanolenin (12), and octadecanoic acid (13). Conclusion: The 13 compounds were isolated from Chinese gecko for the first time.
