本文论述了构成劳动关系的理论与政策基础的核心原则——劳动力具有人身属性而非一种商品,并且认为劳动关系领域主要涵盖劳动问题和雇佣关系这两个核心因变量。本文利用这一核心原理以及源于制度经济学的互补理论将理论框架进行扩展,不仅解释了雇佣关系和劳动问题的本质,也解释了劳动经济和人力资源管理相关的理论缺陷。作为劳动关系基本定理的来源,本文用此框架来阐述一个不完善的劳动力市场及组织组成的复杂的经济体中的最优经济行为,并且说明一定程度的劳动保护主义会促进经济效率和人类福利。
This paper discusses the core principles of the theoretical and policy basis of labor relations - that labor has personal attributes rather than a commodity, and that labor relations mainly cover two core dependent variables: labor and employment. This article uses this core principle and the complementary theory stemming from institutional economics to extend the theoretical framework, not only explaining the nature of the employment relationship and labor issues, but also explaining the theoretical flaws related to labor economy and human resource management. As a source of the fundamental theorem on labor relations, this article uses this framework to illustrate the optimal economic behavior of an imperfect labor market and complex economy with an organization, and shows that a certain degree of protectionism promotes economic efficiency and human welfare .
