浅谈学前教育专业学生职业认同感的培养

职业认同作为幼儿教师职业道德建设的前提与基础,可视为幼儿教师专业成长的起点。目前幼儿园教师职业认同感普遍较低,由此导致幼儿教师队伍不稳定,专业化发展进程缓慢。对此,学前教育师资职前教育中应增强对学生职业认同感的培养,通过专业教育、职业道德教育、合理设置、发挥校园文化的引导作用等手段促进学前教育专业学生幼儿教师职业认同感的形成。 As a prerequisite and basis for kindergarten teachers ’professional ethics, vocational recognition can be regarded as the starting point for kindergarten teachers’ professional growth. At present, kindergarten teachers occupational identity is generally low, resulting in instability of kindergarten teachers, professional development is slow. In this regard, preschool education teachers should enhance the training of vocational education in vocational education, professional education, professional ethics education, reasonable setting, play a guiding role in promoting campus culture and other means to promote preschool education students kindergarten teachers occupational identity form.
