钢轨的焊接质量与铁路的行车安全密切相关,而对于气压焊而言,焊接质量的优劣取决于焊接温度场、顶锻速度和顶锻量的匹配关系,焊接温度场是保证接头质量的前提条件。本文运用数理统计知识通过绘制温度与气压焊工艺参数的图像找出两者之间的关系,对确保高速无缝线路质量,提高钢轨焊接技术与装备水平,降低焊接成本,改进气压焊焊接工艺,选择最佳工艺有积极意义。
