老年性睑内翻是因为眼组织的退行性改变所致,发生于下睑,是一种常见病。作者对近年来的26例31眼老年性睑内翻行眼轮匝肌缩短术,总结报告如下。 一、资料和方法 1.临床资料 本组共26例31眼,其中男9例10眼,女17例21眼,年龄最大82岁,最小53岁,平均64岁,右眼17眼,左14眼,3眼属二次手术。 2.手术方法 病人取坐位用美兰或龙胆紫做皮肤切开划线,距下睑缘3mm自泪小点外3～5mm至外毗外5mm,外侧沿鱼尾纹向外下倾斜,皮肤松弛者做多余皮肤划线。平卧位,2％利多卡因局麻,沿划线切开皮肤分离至睑缘及睑板下缘下,切除3mm睑缘
