目的调查天津市市售蔬菜中农药残留状况。方法在该市16个区县的超市、农贸市场和固定摊位设置采样点,2年共采集559份食品样品,按照全国食品安全风险监测推荐方法进行检验。结果 2012—2013年共采集、检验蔬菜559份,农药超标73份,总体超标率13.06%。茎菜类(芹菜等)、甘蓝类、鳞茎类(韭菜)和叶菜类超标率位于前4位,超标率分别为30.77%、27.0%、18.6%、12.43%;有机磷类超标率为8.05%,氨基甲酸酯类超标率为6.08%,拟除虫菊酯类超标率为0.18%;国家明令禁止在蔬菜中使用的高毒农药超标样品占全部超标样品的76.5%。结论天津市市售蔬菜中农残超标现象仍较普遍,国家明令禁止在蔬菜中使用的高毒农药占主体。
Objective To investigate the pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Tianjin. Methods The sampling points were set up in the supermarkets, farmers’ markets and fixed stalls in 16 districts and counties in the city. A total of 559 food samples were collected in two years and tested in accordance with the recommended method of food safety risk monitoring in China. Results A total of 559 vegetables were collected during 2012-2013. 73 pesticides exceeded the standard, with the overall rate exceeding 13.06%. The over-standard rates of stem vegetables (celery, etc.), cabbage, bulbs (leeks) and leafy vegetables were in the top 4, exceeding the standard rates of 30.77%, 27.0%, 18.6% and 12.43% respectively; %, Carbamate excessive rate of 6.08%, pyrethroid excessive rate of 0.18%; the state banned the use of vegetables in high-toxic pesticide exceeded the sample accounted for 76.5% of all exceeded the sample. Conclusion The phenomenon of over-standard of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Tianjin is still common, and the state has banned the use of highly toxic pesticides in vegetables.
