随着星际酒店数量的不断增多,市场竞争压力不断增大,星级酒店的人力资源管理是其进行市场竞争的重要方面。近些年来,我国星级酒店在人力资源管理方面不断出现新的问题,严重影响着星级酒店的发展。本文主要对我国星级酒店的人力资源管理进行研究,分析其主要存在的问题,并提出针对性的对策建议,旨在不断完善星级酒店的人力资源管理工作。
As the number of interstellar hotels continues to increase, the pressures of market competition continue to increase, and human resources management of star-rated hotels is an important aspect of market competition. In recent years, China’s star-rated hotels continue to emerge new problems in human resources management, seriously affecting the development of star-rated hotels. This article mainly studies the human resource management of star hotel in our country, analyzes its main problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to constantly improve the human resource management of star hotel.
