目的 探讨CyclinD1、bcl- 2与子宫内膜癌发生、发展的关系以及与雌激素在致癌过程中有无内在联系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测了 2 5例正常子宫内膜、2 6例子宫内膜增生、6 9例子宫内膜癌组织中CyclinD1及bcl- 2的表达情况。结果 增生期子宫内膜CyclinD1的表达明显高于分泌期 ,CyclinD1的表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征无关 ,但在Ⅰ型中的表达明显高于Ⅱ型。bcl- 2在正常增生期、复合增生、非典型增生、癌组织中依次下降 ,bcl - 2表达与子宫内膜癌的临床病理特征无关 ,与分型也无关。结论 CyclinD1可能是雌激素致癌的部分分子途径。bcl- 2可能与子宫内膜癌的发生早期有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CyclinD1, bcl-2 and the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with the estrogen in carcinogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CyclinD1 and bcl-2 in 25 cases of normal endometrium, 26 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 69 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results The expression of CyclinD1 in proliferative endometrium was significantly higher than that in secretory phase. The expression of CyclinD1 was not related with the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma, but it was significantly higher in type Ⅰ than in type Ⅱ. The expression of bcl - 2 in normal proliferative phase, complex hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and cancerous tissues decreased in turn, and the expression of bcl - 2 was not related to the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion CyclinD1 may be a partial molecular pathway of estrogen carcinogenesis. bcl-2 may be related to the early stage of endometrial cancer.
