党政领导干部选拔改革是过去几十年我国干部制度改革中的一项重要内容,随着这一制度的发展,学界也积累了一定的研究成果。本文以文献研究为基础,对遴选的我国权威期刊中关于干部选拔的文章进行了归类和分析,基于认识论,笔者首先将这些研究划分为规范性研究和实证性研究;然后从研究视角出发,将规范性研究划分为制度研究、模式研究、问题和对策研究;将实证性研究划分为案例研究和专题调研。通过这些研究来审视中国干部选拔制度的成就、不足和对未来制度改革的启示,并提出了未来研究应改进的地方:关注基础理论研究、增加理论界与实践界的互动、加强规范研究与实证研究的有效结合、增强深层次的制度探讨和反思。
The selection and reform of party and government leading cadres are an important part of the reform of the cadre system in the past few decades. With the development of this system, the academic community has also accumulated some achievements in research. Based on the literature research, this paper classifies and analyzes the selected authoritative articles about cadre selection in our country. Based on the epistemology, the author first classifies these studies into normative research and empirical research. Then from the perspective of research, The normative research is divided into institutional research, model research, problems and countermeasures; the empirical research is divided into case studies and special investigations. Through these researches, we can examine the achievements and deficiencies of Chinese cadre selection system and its enlightenment on the reform of the future system. We also put forward some suggestions that future research should be improved: paying attention to the study of basic theories, increasing the interaction between theorists and practitioners, and strengthening the normative and empirical research Effective combination of research to enhance the depth of system discussion and reflection.
