利用铜离子与荧光素标记的寡核苷酸链、氰根离子结合能力的差异,发展了一种水相中氰根离子检测的新方法.研究表明,该检测方法可以较灵敏地检测水相中的氰根离子,其检测下限达到0.02μmol/L,且具有较好的选择性和潜在的实际应用价值.
