目的分析1起工业用铯-137放射事故受照者细胞遗传学指标的变化和辐射损伤情况。方法常规染色体畸变分析、胞浆分裂阻滞法微核检测。结果 36名受检者中,2人的染色体“双+环”畸变率分别为1.50%和1.00%,估算的受照剂量分别为0.28(0.13~0.43)Gy和0.20(0.09~0.30)Gy;其余34人的染色体“双+环”平均畸变率(0.22%)明显高于自发畸变率(0.01%~0.03%)。结论通过染色体畸变分析可以较准确地估算出生物剂量;本次事故属于过量照射事故。
Objective To analyze the changes of cytogenetic parameters and radiation damage in a commercial cesium-137 radiation accident victim. Methods Chromosome aberration analysis, micronucleus test of cytokinesis. Results The chromosomal “double loop” aberrations in two of the 36 subjects were 1.50% and 1.00%, respectively, and the estimated doses were 0.28 (0.13-0.43) Gy and 0.20 (0.09-0.30) Gy. The average chromosome aberration rate (0.22%) of the other 34 individuals was significantly higher than that of spontaneous aberrations (0.01% -0.03%). Conclusions Chromosome aberration analysis can accurately estimate the biological dose; this accident belongs to an excessive irradiation accident.
