体育教学是学校教育的重要组成部分。随着学校体育改革、新课标的推出,在“分数至上”的大背景下,越来越多的学校开始重视体育教学,正确引导学生健康发展。良好的阶段性教育是促成有效学习的重要途径,运动技能的形成过程可以分为三个阶段,即认知掌握阶段、联结提高阶段及自动化阶段。不同阶段所需要学习的内容的深度是不一样的,在此前提下,每个阶段所需要的体育教学方法也不尽相同。本文将技能形成的三个阶段做出细分,对各阶段合适的体育教学方法的选择与运用做出相关探索研究。
Physical education is an important part of school education. With the reform of school sports and the introduction of new curriculum standards, more and more schools are beginning to attach importance to physical education so as to guide the healthy development of students in the context of “score first ”. Good stage education is to promote effective learning an important way, the formation of sports skills can be divided into three stages, namely, cognitive mastery, the stage to improve the link and automation. The different stages of the content you need to learn is not the same depth, under the premise of each stage required physical education methods are not the same. This article breaks down the three stages of the formation of skills and makes relevant exploration studies on the selection and application of appropriate physical education methods in all stages.
