轴向分线是车削多线螺纹(或蜗杆)常用的分线方法,但其前提是切削的整个工艺系统必须处于理想状态下,这在生产实践中是很难满足的。由于机床精度、工艺系统的刚性、刀具磨损、切削抗力等因素对车刀的切削位置精度均有影响,即使车刀的移动再准确,也不能保证车出螺距(或周节)的精度。因此在车削分线精度要求较高的多线螺纹(或蜗杆)时,采用齿轮卡尺分线法来控制车刀移动是可行的,能够达到分线精度。
Axial line division is the common method of turning lines for multi-thread turning (or worm) turning, but the premise is that the entire cutting system must be in the ideal state, which is difficult to meet in production practice. Due to the accuracy of the machine tool, the rigidity of the process system, the tool wear and the cutting resistance, etc. all affect the cutting position accuracy of the turning tool. Even if the turning of the turning tool is accurate, the accuracy of the turning pitch (or the circumference) of the turning out can not be guaranteed. Therefore, it is feasible to control the turning of the turning tool by the gear caliper dividing method when the multi-thread (or worm) with high requirement for turning line division accuracy is required, and the precision of the dividing line can be achieved.
