随着人民生活水平的提高,到星级酒店用餐已成为普通百姓较为寻常的事情。为满足广大消费者在酒店的用餐需求,星级酒店点菜师这一职业也应运而生,其点菜技巧的好坏也将严重影响星级酒店餐饮服务质量和经济效益。针对当前散客点菜师在散客点菜服务中存在的问题,文章主要从提高点菜师食品营养知识的掌握程度及综合素质的提高、推销技巧的提升、个性化点菜服务等方面就提高点菜师的点菜技巧进行了探讨。 With the improvement of people’s living standards, dining at a star hotel has become a more ordinary thing for ordinary people. In order to meet the needs of consumers in the hotel dining, star hotel restaurant professors also came into this occupation, the quality of its a la carte tips will also seriously affect the star hotel catering service quality and economic benefits.
