目的:观察烹调油烟对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液( B A L F)成分的影响。方法:采用亚慢性吸入染毒,给大鼠吸入烹调油烟,测定不同染毒时间后 B A L F中肺泡巨噬细胞( A M )数及部分酶活性的变化。结果:油烟组大鼠 B A L F 中 A M 数在染毒初期和长时间染毒后均明显低于对照组,而 B A L F中乳酸脱氢酶( L D H)、酸性磷酸酶( A C P)和碱性磷酸酶( A K P)活性与对照组相比均有不同程度的增加。结论:烹调油烟对 A M 和肺组织细胞有一定的损伤作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of cooking fume on the composition of B A L F in rats. Methods: Subacute inhalation was used to inhale cooking fumes from rats. The number of alveolar macrophages (A M) and the activity of some enzymes in B A L F after different exposure time were measured. Results: The number of A M in B A L F of the fume group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the initial and prolonged exposure, while the L D H, acid phosphatase (A C P) and alkaline phosphatase (A K P) activity compared with the control group increased to some extent. Conclusion: cooking fume has certain damage on A M and lung tissue cells.
