目的 :研究丘脑腹后内侧核 (VPM )是否接受来自三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核 (Vc)传入的牙齿移动性刺激信息 ,从而探讨牙齿移动引起的伤害性刺激信息在中枢神经系统内的感觉传导通路。方法 :用微量注射器将 2 %荧光金 (FG)注入大鼠VPM 4~ 6d后 ,进行对侧的实验性牙齿移动 2h ,用FOS蛋白免疫组化方法观察Vc内神经元对c fos的表达以及是否存在FG与FOS双重阳性的神经元。结果 :FOS阳性神经元密集分布于同侧Vc浅层 ,呈带状 ,背外侧居多 ;FG逆行标记的神经元主要见于对侧三叉神经感觉核簇的脊束核及感觉主核 ,Vc的全长均有FG标记细胞 ,主要分布于Ⅰ层、Ⅰ Ⅱ层交界处。在Vc各层内均有FG与FOS的双标记细胞 ,约占Vc内FG逆行标记细胞总数的 5%。结论 :牙齿移动性刺激信息在Vc内中继 ,Vc向VPM有投射神经元 ,VPM可能是牙齿移动性刺激信息由Vc上行传递的一个中继站
Objective: To investigate whether the ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus (VPM) of the thalamus receives the information of tooth motility introduced from the subnucleus (Vc) in the caudate nucleus of the trigeminal nucleus so as to explore the possible mechanism of tooth movement-induced noxious stimulation in the central nervous system The sensory conduction pathway. Methods: After injecting 2% fluorescent gold (FG) into rat VPM with microinjector for 4 ~ 6 days, contralateral experimental tooth movement was performed for 2 hours. Fos protein immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of c fos in Vc neurons. Is there a double positive for FG and FOS neurons? Results: FOS-positive neurons were densely distributed in the superficial Vc of the ipsilateral side, with ribbons and dorsolateral most. The retrogradely labeled neurons were mainly found in the nucleus of the nucleus accumbens and the main sensory nucleus, There are long FG labeled cells, mainly in the Ⅰ layer, Ⅰ Ⅱ layer at the junction. There are double labeled cells of FG and FOS in Vc layers, accounting for about 5% of the total number of FG retrograde labeled cells in Vc. CONCLUSIONS: Tooth mobility stimulus information is relayed within Vc and Vc has neurons projecting to VPM. VPM may be a relay of tooth mobility stimulus information transmitted upstream from Vc
