国内外的研究表明,振动切削,尤其是超声波振动切削有其独特的效果。无论是加工精度、表层质量或表面粗糙度,形状及位置精度都有明显的提高。国内外在超声波振动切削的许多方面的应用都已日趋成熟。但是对超声波振动钻削的研究却还是很不完善的,尤其是在国内,基本上还没有先例。在飞行器生产中,有一些精度和光洁度要求很高的难加工材料零件及材质软而粘的孔类零件。对这类零件,采用普通的工艺方法往往很难达到工艺要求。本项研究通过对超声波振动钻削技术的工艺及机理探讨,并通过大量的实验,在普通机床上完成了上述零件的加工。取得了很好的效果。
Domestic and foreign research shows that vibration cutting, especially ultrasonic vibration cutting has its unique effect. Whether it is processing accuracy, surface quality or surface roughness, shape and position accuracy have significantly improved. At home and abroad in many aspects of ultrasonic vibration cutting applications have matured. However, the study of ultrasonic vibration drilling is still not perfect, especially in China, there is basically no precedent. In the production of aircraft, there are some precision and finish demanding materials and difficult to process materials, soft and sticky hole parts. Of such parts, the use of ordinary process methods are often difficult to achieve process requirements. In this study, we discuss the technology and mechanism of ultrasonic vibration drilling technology, and through a large number of experiments, finish the machining of these parts on the common machine tool. Achieved very good results.
