目的 探讨急性脑梗死 (ACI)患者体内氧化损伤及抗氧化水平的改变。方法 分别用ELISA法、硫代巴比妥法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和Fe3 + /Fe2 + 化学法对 38例ACI患者血中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)、丙二醛 (MDA)、SOD及总抗氧化能力 (TAOC)进行检测 ,并与 36例TIA患者和 30例健康者进行比较。结果 ACI组血中MDA浓度显著高于TIA组和健康组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而SOD活性及TAOC水平明显低于后两者 (P均 <0 .0 1)。ACI组、TIA组与健康组比较 ,ox LDL浓度明显增高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 急性脑梗死患者体内存在明显的氧化损伤并且抗氧化活性水平显著下降 ,氧化损伤参与了脑梗死的病理生理过程
Objective To investigate the changes of oxidative damage and antioxidation in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods The levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox LDL) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in 38 patients with ACI were measured by ELISA, thiobarbiturin, pyrogallol autoxidation and Fe3 + / Fe2 + MDA, SOD and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) were measured and compared with 36 TIA patients and 30 healthy controls. Results The serum MDA level in ACI group was significantly higher than that in TIA group and healthy group (P <0.01), while the activity of SOD and TAOC level in ACI group were significantly lower than those in the latter two groups (all P <0.01). The concentrations of oxLDL in ACI group and TIA group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral infarction, there is obvious oxidative damage and the level of antioxidant activity is significantly decreased. Oxidative damage is involved in the pathophysiological process of cerebral infarction
