本文主要描述了冀东滨海地区水稻恶苗病菌的形态特征,并进行了分属鉴定,明确了本地区恶苗病主要由串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium monilifome)所引起。对9个主栽品种及新品种系作了抗病性测定。结果表明,冀粳8号、花87-7、90—3、晚88—1四个品种(系)苗期及孕穗期发病率均低于其它参试品种(系)。中花8号、冀糯1号两品种苗期及孕期期发病率均较高。同时对不同品种(系)苗期与孕穗期及自然测定与接种测定间的发病程度做了相关分析。
In this paper, the morphological characteristics of Fusarium moniliforme in the coastal area of eastern Hebei were described, and the genus of Fusarium moniliforme was identified in this area. It was clarified that the Fusarium monilifome in this area was mainly caused by Fusarium monilifome. The resistance of 9 main cultivars and new variety lines was tested. The results showed that the incidence of seedling stage and booting stage of four varieties (lines) of Jijing 8, Hua 87-7, 90-3 and Huan 88-1 was lower than other tested varieties (lines). Zhonghua 8, Ji Nuo 1 two varieties of seedling stage and the incidence of pregnancy were higher. At the same time, the correlation analysis was made between the seedling stage, the booting stage and the incidence of the natural test and the inoculation test of different varieties (lines).
