目的了解龙岩市售蔬菜的铅、镉污染概况和蔬菜种植基地、个体种植的蔬菜中铅、镉含量的情况,同时比较不同种类蔬菜中铅、镉含量的大小。方法随机抽检5类蔬菜共149份,用岛津6800A原子吸收光谱仪进行铅、镉检测,计算其检出率和超标率。结果应用SPSS19.0统计分析。结果蔬菜铅、镉检出率分别为83.9%和100%,超标率分别为18.8%和10.1%;基地和个体蔬菜铅超标率分别为8.0%和34.4%,镉超标率分别为14.8%,3.3%;铅、镉含量均以根茎类最高,叶类为次。结论龙岩市市售蔬菜受铅、镉轻中度污染。有些蔬菜受重度污染。
Objective To understand the general situation of lead and cadmium pollution in vegetables sold in the market of Longyan, and the contents of lead and cadmium in the vegetable planting bases and the vegetables grown individually, and to compare the contents of lead and cadmium in different kinds of vegetables. Methods A total of 149 samples of 5 types of vegetables were randomly selected. Lead and cadmium were detected by Shimadzu 6800A atomic absorption spectrometer. The detection rate and the excess rate were calculated. Results SPSS19.0 statistical analysis. Results The detection rates of lead and cadmium in vegetables were 83.9% and 100%, respectively. The over-standard rates were 18.8% and 10.1% respectively. The over-standard rates of lead in base and individual vegetables were 8.0% and 34.4% respectively. The over-standard rates of cadmium were 14.8% and 3.3% %; The content of lead and cadmium were the highest in rhizomes, the foliage was second. Conclusion Longyan City, vegetables sold by lead, cadmium light moderate pollution. Some vegetables are heavily contaminated.
