Recovery of Steam Condensate from Dyeing Line Equipment The main steam equipment of Beijing Second Yarn Factory has eight N421 dyeing cylinders and two Italian dyeing cylinders. The dyeing cylinders are indirectly heated by steam condensation, and the condensed water in the past has been discharged. (This problem exists in the same industry.) This not only causes a lot of heat loss, but also wastes water resources. The energy-conservation department of our factory worked together with the dyeing and finishing workshop and the Power Division to formulate a plan to slightly modify the original thermal system in the factory, that is to say, the steam condensate from each dyeing tank was brought together in a direct-buried heat-insulated main pipe and led out of the workshop. Then access the entire factory condensate recovery trunk. In order to solve the problem that the heating system of the equipment is damaged and the dye solution leaks into the condensate water to contaminate the condensed water, the condensate in each dyeing tank is installed with a bypass before it enters the main pipe.
