一、前言江苏牌五吨载重汽车装用的JS—140型发动机,是我国自行设计的,在构造和性能方面都较为先进。该发动机与解放牌发动机相比,最高转速增高600转/分,最大功率提高50%。因此,缸体的材质继续沿用原来的材料,就显得很不适应,大修里程下降到只有五、六万公里,个别的甚至更少。曾采用镶解放牌的锑合金铸铁缸套,里程也并没有显著增加。这就说明,由于转速的提高,负荷的强化,使工况恶化,继续采用一般材质的缸套,是无法保证各项指标的稳定,必须寻求一种新的材料来适应新的工作条件。我厂在有关单位的协助下,试制了一批加硼铸铁缸套,并做了不同材质的缸套的台架耐磨对比试验和装车道路试验。由于试验条件所限,再加时间较短,初步得到的一些数据和结果也是粗浅的,有待于进一步实践。初步试验表明,在一般成份的铁水内加入少量的硼或硼和适量的铬钼铜合金就可以获得一种较为坚硬的化合物,其硬度可达HV1000以上,可以明显的提高耐磨性能,这一点初步是可以肯定的。
