为提高夏热冬冷地区相变玻璃窗的保温隔热性能,研究含有相变玻璃窗的建筑的全年能耗,本文通过软件DesignBuilder建立某办公建筑模型,利用能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus进行全年能耗计算,根据计算结果具体分析相变玻璃窗对夏热冬冷地区建筑全年能耗的影响。结果表明:在夏热冬冷地区,采用相变玻璃窗全年的建筑能耗相比于采用单层玻璃窗及中空玻璃窗均有明显降低,全年节能效果较好。采用相变玻璃窗后,建筑物夏季调节空调负荷的效果明显,夏季空调负荷相比于采用单层玻璃窗及中空玻璃窗均有明显降低;冬季供暖能耗低于采用单层玻璃窗时的供暖能耗,但比采用中空玻璃窗时的供暖能耗高,在冬季会略微增加室内的供暖能耗。
In order to improve the thermal insulation performance of phase-change glass windows in hot summer and cold winter area, the energy consumption of buildings with phase-change glass windows is studied. The paper builds an office building model with software DesignBuilder and uses energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus Based on the calculation results, the paper analyzes the influence of phase-change glazing on energy consumption of buildings in hot summer and cold winter area.
