对在役平台结构的剩余疲劳寿命的可靠性分析方法进行研究.论述疲劳谱分析方法的基本原理,研究在役平台结构剩余疲劳寿命可靠性分析中的不确定性因素,建立剩余疲劳寿命的失效方程,并对参数的敏感性进行分析.结果表明,所建立的剩余疲劳寿命的极限状态方程较好地考虑了在役平台结构剩余疲劳寿命分析中的不确定因素,可为在役海洋平台的剩余疲劳寿命的可靠性分析提供参考;利用可靠性分析方法,以目标可靠性指标为基础,可对在役平台结构剩余疲劳寿命做出更为科学的评价;敏感性分析显示,疲劳应力的不确定性对可靠性指标影响最大,而疲劳设计参数的不确定性可以忽略.
