卟啉及其同属物构成了几乎是无处不存在的由细胞能级和超细胞能级所形成的生命成分。因此,研究卟啉对探讨生命起源和石油成因具有重要的科学价值。地质体中的卟啉是由宽碳数范围的几种类型的烷基卟啉系列构成的复杂混合物。采用MS/MS技术,样品不必先经过GC和HPLC分离,大大简化了样品的准备过程和加快分析速度。1983年以来,国外开始发表用双质谱研究卟啉标样的论文,1986年Johnson等人首次报道了用双质谱研究地卟啉的信息。1987年初我们开展了这项研究。笔者通过辽河盆地杜65井生油岩中卟啉组分的剖析,旨在阐明双质谱技术在有机地球化学领域中的应用前景。
Porphyrins and their cognates constitute almost ubiquitous life components formed by cellular and supercrystalline energy levels. Therefore, the study of porphyrin on the origin of life and the cause of oil has important scientific value. Porphyrins in geologic bodies are complex mixtures of several types of alkyl porphyrin series in a wide range of carbon numbers. With MS / MS technology, samples do not have to be separated by GC and HPLC, greatly simplifying sample preparation and speeding up the analysis. Since 1983, foreign papers on porphyrin standards have been published in foreign countries. In 1986, Johnson et al reported for the first time the study of porphyrin by using double mass spectrometry. In early 1987 we conducted the study. Through the analysis of the mesoporphyrin component of the source rock of the Du 65 well in the Liaohe Basin, the author aims to clarify the application prospect of dual-mass spectrometry in the field of organic geochemistry.
