U-S合作培养师范生已成为我国教师教育改革中理论与实践的重要主题,然而在合作培养师范生的过程中,中小学教师的阻抗现象普遍存在。从现象学视角分析其原因,主要包括:合作培养师范生脱离教师的生活世界,教师与学校远离平等对话,对教师评价偏失。为此,师范生应融入教师的生活世界,切身体验与领悟;尊重教师的主体地位,加强教师与学校的对话;建立表现性教师评价体系,注重个人与维护个性。这样才有助于U-S合作培养师范生模式的顺利推行与可持续发展。
U-S cooperation to train normal students has become an important topic in the theory and practice of teacher education reform in our country. However, the impedance phenomenon of primary and secondary school teachers is common in the process of training normal students. From the perspective of phenomenology, this paper analyzes its causes, including: cooperation to train normal students out of the teacher’s life world, teachers and schools to stay away from equal dialogue, and to evaluate teachers for their mistakes. To this end, normal students should be integrated into the teacher’s life world, personal experience and comprehension; respect for the dominant position of teachers, to strengthen dialogue between teachers and schools; to establish a performance evaluation system of teachers, focusing on individuals and maintain individuality. Only in this way can we help U-S to successfully train and promote the normal student model and its sustainable development.
