众所周知,医院的管理人员在医院的行政工作方面起着重要作用。管理层级的决策力,执行能力和创新能力在很大程度上决定了医院的上升空间和发展前景。但是,由于管理人员不直接从事医院服务体系,那么就很难用量化的方法去对他们进行考核。目前,我国对于医院管理人员进行绩效考核的体系还尚未成熟,仍处于基础阶段,并没有建立全面,科学的考核模式。因此,对于完善医院管理人员绩效考核的体系和办法已经成为卫生行政部门的首要任务。
As we all know, hospital administrators play an important role in the administration of the hospital. Decision-making at the executive level, executive ability and ability to innovate to a large extent determine the hospital’s room for growth and development prospects. However, since managers are not directly involved in the hospital service system, it is difficult to assess them quantitatively. At present, the system of performance appraisal for hospital administrators in our country is still not yet mature and is still in the basic stage, and there is no comprehensive and scientific appraisal model. Therefore, the system and method of perfecting the performance appraisal of hospital administrators has become the primary task of the health administrative department.
