采用耐热等级较高的二氮杂萘联苯聚醚砜酮(PPESK)对“双酚A型环氧树脂”(DGEBA)进行共混改性,研究了该体系的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、冲击韧性及断裂韧性(KIC)。结果表明:PPESK的加入提高了环氧树脂的耐热性及韧性,基体冲击强度最大提高了16%,KIC值最大提高了108%。并采用连续S-玻璃纤维和T-700碳纤维增强该体系制备了单向复合材料,对其性能研究表明:弯曲强度及模量稍有降低,但层间剪切强度最大分别提高了15%和25%。
The blend of “Bisphenol A epoxy resin” (DGEBA) was modified by PPESK with higher heat resistance. The glass transition temperature (Tg), impact toughness and fracture toughness (KIC). The results showed that the addition of PPESK increased the heat resistance and toughness of epoxy resin, the maximum impact strength of matrix increased by 16%, and the maximum KIC value increased by 108%. The uniaxial composites were prepared by using the continuous S-glass fiber and T-700 carbon fiber. The study of its properties showed that the flexural strength and modulus decreased slightly, but the interlaminar shear strength increased by 15% and 25%.
