提出通过用离心加压使锌合金通过高密度、大厚度泡沫陶瓷组合体从而强化过滤效果的新方法。试验结果表明,用这种方法过滤锌合金熔体,抗拉强度比未过滤的提高12.26%,伸长率提高30.37%;净化效果明显优于熔剂精炼。金相观察与扫描电镜微区分析表明,这种强化过滤对合金中15μm以上夹杂物颗粒有显著滤除效果,合金的断裂形态也由典型脆性解理断裂转变为出现大面积韧窝区而趋于准解理断裂形态。
A new method of enhancing the filtration effect by passing a zinc alloy through a high-density, large-thickness ceramic foam body by centrifugal pressing is proposed. The test results show that the zinc alloy melt is filtered by this method, the tensile strength is increased by 12.26% and the elongation is increased by 30.37% compared with unfiltered; the purification effect is obviously better than that of flux refining. Metallographic observation and scanning electron microscopic analysis showed that this kind of intensive filtration had remarkable filtration effect on the inclusions above 15μm in alloy, and the fracture morphology changed from typical brittle cleavage fracture to large dimple zone Quasi-cleavage in the fracture morphology.
