近些年,各地轰轰烈烈地开展了城市优秀教师到农村支教活动.然而,笔者所在乡的支教活动已流于形式,越来越“跑了调”。(1)城市学校不愿让优秀教师下乡支教。他们往往派教学能力较差、责任心不强的教师下乡“改造”。(2)城市优秀教师不愿下乡支教。(3)教师支教时间短,人员更换频繁。教师支教时间一般为一年。农村学校、教师无法很好地借鉴先进的管理方法、教学经验,最终连自己的特色也丢掉了。
In recent years, vigorous efforts have been made by all urban excellent teachers in rural areas to support education activities, however, the author’s hometown education has become a mere formality, and more and more “transfer of tune.” (1) Urban schools do not want to allow outstanding teachers to teach in the countryside. They tend to send poor teachers and teachers with low sense of responsibility to “reform” the countryside. (2) Excellent urban teachers do not want to go to school to teach. (3) teachers support teaching a short time, frequent replacement of personnel. Teachers support teaching time is generally one year. Rural schools, teachers can not draw on advanced management methods, teaching experience, and ultimately lost their own characteristics.
