本研究采用SCL-90症状自评量表对北京广播电视大学101名远程学习者进行测评,测评结果显示,有10.7%被试者存在心理健康问题,在躯体化、人际关系等方面存在突出问题。他们在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执几个因子得分高于全国成人常模,但无显著差异。但是强迫症分量表和精神病性分量表的p值小于0.05,说明有显著差异,提示我们这些测试的学习者相对于国内正常人群而言,心理健康水平相对较低。因此进行心理干预十分必要,对于有严重心理问题的,应进一步诊断治疗。在其它各因子上均低于全国成人常模,无显著差异。
In this study, 101 distance learners from Beijing Radio and Television University were evaluated by using SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 909.Results showed that 10.7% of the subjects had mental health problems and there were prominent problems in somatization and interpersonal relationship . Their scores in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid were higher than the national adult norm, but no significant difference. However, the p-value of the OCD and psychotic subscores was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference, suggesting that the learners in these tests have relatively low levels of mental health relative to the normal population in the country. Therefore, psychological intervention is necessary, for serious psychological problems, further diagnosis and treatment should be. In other factors are lower than the national norm, no significant difference.
