东风3型内燃机车上体架由司机室、动力室和冷却室分段组成。其中司机室、冷却室单独与底架组焊,动力室的两端用螺栓与相邻的司机室、冷却室连接,下部与底架之间用垫块调节高度后点焊固定。这种连接方法简单、拆卸方便,但顿个上体架结构单薄,壳体承载能力小。因此,车体架的主要异变部位在底架部分。异变部分的烘调工艺如下。一、部规数据与测定法 (一)部规数据主车架的总挠度应向上拱起,两心盘间的上拱数据为2~12毫米;心盘至两端部下垂允差为10毫米,上拱允差为4毫米;旁弯(水平弯曲)为7毫米。
