用金相显微组织法研究了Super6和SK5弹簧钢的脱碳行为,分析了加热温度和保温时间对两种优质汽车安全带卷簧钢脱碳层深度的影响。结果表明,在相同保温时间下,Super6弹簧钢在700℃开始脱碳,在1100℃时总脱碳层深度最大达到0.4mm,其总脱碳层深度的敏感温度为1100℃;SK5弹簧钢在950℃开始脱碳,总脱碳层在加热过程中并未出现峰值,脱碳层深度随温度的升高不断增加。此外,无论是等温或等时间加热工艺下,SK5弹簧钢的脱碳敏感性均明显低于Super6弹簧钢。
The decarburization behavior of Super6 and SK5 spring steels was studied by metallographic microstructure. The influence of heating temperature and holding time on the decarburization depth of two high quality automotive seat belt coils was analyzed. The results show that under the same holding time, Super6 spring steel begins to decarburize at 700 ℃. At 1100 ℃, the total depth of decarburization reaches 0.4mm and the total temperature of decarburization depth is 1100 ℃. The decarburization started at 950 ℃, and the total decarburized layer did not appear the peak during heating. The depth of decarburized layer increased with the increase of temperature. In addition, SK5 spring steel has significantly lower decarburization sensitivity than Super6 spring steel in both isothermal and isothermal processes.
