由于未来人才的稀缺程度可能加大、未来吸引人才的难度可能加大、未来吸引人才的成本可能增加、人才储备可以为人才的使用创造条件等原因 ,工会职工高校进行人才储备是必要的。人才储备主要应集中于 :具有未来可能需要的单一能力人才、具有适应面宽的单一能力人才、具有多方面能力的人才、具有潜在发展能力的人才等四类人才。
Due to the potential scarcity of talent in the future, the difficulty in attracting talent may increase in the future, the cost of attracting talents in the future may increase, and the reserve of qualified personnel may create conditions for the use of qualified personnel. The personnel reserve of trade unions and staff and colleges and universities is necessary. The talent pool should mainly focus on four types of talents: single ability talents who may need in the future, single ability talents with wide adaptability, talents with multi-faceted capabilities, and potential talents for development.
