国家实施经济体制改革发展使得当前的社会主义市场经济面临着诸多问题,建立一个和谐稳定的法律机制成为了当前急需解决的问题。经济法律长期以来都是经济发展的重要保证,在经济全球化背景下,不断完善当前的法律体系有助于经济事业的健康发展。本文重点分析了经济法律体系完善的相关问题,旨在保证市场经济和谐发展。
The reform and development of the national economy has made the current socialist market economy facing many problems. Establishing a harmonious and stable legal system has become a pressing issue that needs to be resolved urgently. Economic laws have long been an important guarantee for economic development. Under the background of economic globalization, continuous improvement of the current legal system is conducive to the healthy development of economic activities. This article focuses on the analysis of the economic law system to improve the relevant issues, designed to ensure the harmonious development of market economy.
