海外项目工会工作复杂具体,涵盖面广,笔者从2008年开始在海外工作,总共经历非洲8个国家十几个项目的工会工作,深深体会到深处异国他乡,海外工会工作难度远远大于国内。结合笔者海外的工作经历和积累的相关经验,深入浅出阐述了要做好海外项目工会工作,必须注重懂外语的工会工作人才选拔、明确工会工作目标定位、加强培训工作和工会工作属地化及动态化这工作四要素。
The work of overseas project unions is complicated and specific. The author has been working overseas since 2008 and has experienced a total of more than 10 projects in 8 African countries. He deeply understands that it is much harder for overseas unions and overseas unions to work harder than others domestic. Based on the author’s overseas work experience and accumulated relevant experience, this article explains profound theories in simple language that we must do a good job of overseas project union work, we must pay attention to the selection of trade union personnel in foreign languages, define the target of trade union work, strengthen the training and the localization and dynamic of trade union work The four elements of this work.
