当前我国正处于改革与发展的转型期,作为经济改革重点的国有企业改革面临着利益调整等诸多现实困境。本文首先从利益机制、思想政治工作机制、职工参与性等方面阐述了国有企业思想政治工作存在的突出问题。在此基础上分析了员工素质对国有企业思想政治工作的重要性,并提出做好国有企业思想政治工作的具体策略。
At present, our country is in the transitional period of reform and development. The reform of state-owned enterprises, which is the key point of economic reform, is facing many practical difficulties such as the adjustment of interests. This article first elaborates the prominent problems existing in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of interest mechanism, ideological and political work mechanism, employee participation and so on. On this basis, the paper analyzes the importance of the quality of staff to the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the concrete strategy of doing a good job in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.
